Program Management Team

All our programs/projects and activities in India are managed by a team of experienced and passionate program managers. Each of our program managers bring decades of experience in the field of education, literacy and social development. 

A.L. Rangarajan

A.L. Rangarajan is the Program Manager – India (Strategy) at ILP since January 2009. He is involved in performing Pre-Funding Assessments (PFA), Interim and final Evaluations of ILP projects in different regions of India on behalf of ILP. He heads the ILP-India operations, advising ILP-India and ILP-US on strategic Program Management aspects.

Suchitra Rao

Suchitra Rao is a Program Manager at ILP working on projects, Knowledge Hub and advocacy. Suchitra Rao is a Post Graduate in Social Work from Chennai and has over 20yrs experience in the social development sector, 13 of which has been specifically as  Consultant with UNICEF and Government of Karnataka, India, on Child Development issues, on Policy and Advocacy matters while also spearheading rural and urban Projects on Girl Child Labour and Child Protection.

Victor Tauro

Victor Tauro is the ILP India National Coordinator responsible for managing our projects. Victor has been with ILP since 2005.  He has over 25 years of experience in soical development working for numerous organizations like INODEP Asia, CRY and Akshara Foundation. At ILP he is responsible for planning, evaluation and monitoring of all projects. 

Victor has a Masters degree in Social Work, from Mangalore University.

Ravi Mani

Ravi Mani is the Program Manager – Knowledge Hub at ILP since September 2012. He is involved in enhancing capacity building of knowledge and skills of the ILP’s NGO partners on the latest areas related to children’s development (especially on Education, Child Rights, Child Protection etc). He is also a Trustee of ILP-India Board of Trustees from 2004. Ravi Mani has 25 years of experience in development work.
