We obtain personal information about you when you enter an enquiry, sign up to our newsletter or register your interest as a potential volunteer. The information we collect includes your names, address, e-mail and telephone numbers. This personal data is not distributed, shared, rented or sold to companies or organizations that are not part of the ILP organizational structure.
We typically update our supporters by post/email three to four times a year. If you feel you are being contacted too often, please let us know and we can limit this to fewer updates if you would prefer this, or remove you from the mailing list altogether.
You may request a copy of the personal information we have for you at any time by emailing ilp@ilpnet.org. If any personal information changes or if you find our records out of date, please let us know.
We will ensure your personal information is held securely, in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
