India Literacy Project makes students believe in the beauty of their dreams with its career guidance program.

For kids coming from humble backgrounds, most of the times there are no role models to look up to when it comes to choosing a career.

This is where india literacy project’s career guidance program comes in. We train the career guidance counsellors to help:

• Children discover themselves
• Understand aspects that impact career choices
• Available career options and what it takes to choose them
• Guide children to choose the best option that works for them

Career guidance counsellors are provided a day’s in-person training with online monthly follow-up trainings.

As part of the training, the counsellors receive – career chart, self-discovery workbook, web and mobile app to be an effective career counselor.
