At ILP, we believe empowered staff empowers educators, who ultimately create a more engaging experience for students. That’s why we invest in regular refresher training for our team!

This summer, while schools are on break, our staff is busy honing their skills in:

𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗞𝗶𝘁: We keep upgrading our science kit with new experiments and our staff is ever happy to learn the newer stuff.
𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Equipping the Facilitators to guide students towards fulfilling careers.
𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗛 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Ensuring safe and respectful work environment for all, especially for children.
𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Getting trained on essential life skills to ensure students are trained in these at an early age which will help them navigate life’s ups and downs with confidence.
𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁: Our team continues to practice and hone their skills in digital content and learn the newer additions we make.

By investing in our staff’s development, we ensure they can effectively train school teachers. This, in turn, allows teachers to create meaningful interactions with students, fostering a love for learning!
